From screenshot to settled
ProfitHaul is a loop, not a lookup. It predicts what a load pays, watches what actually happened, and closes the gap, load after load, until the number on the screen is your number.
Snap any load
Screenshot a posting on any board. Forward a broker email. Drop a rate con PDF. Snap a photo of your own screen. ProfitHaul's AI reads it and structures it in seconds: origin, destination, miles, rate, pickup window, broker. No typing at a truck stop.
Score it against your life
The engine prices the load in your world: deadhead from where you're parked, diesel at today's prices along that route, tolls, your factoring cut, your fixed cost per day, hours left on your clock, and the day you promised to be home. Out comes one number: estimated net dollars per working hour, with a confidence range.
Decide with receipts
Compare two or three candidates side by side on the same honest basis. A load that brags $2.40 a mile can lose to one posted at $2.02. Dock time is the tell. The app shows its work on every line, so you can overrule it. You're the operator; it's the calculator.
Settle and get sharper
After delivery, confirm the trip in one tap and photograph the settlement. ProfitHaul compares predicted against actual on fuel, hours, and pay date, then adjusts your personal model. Maybe your reefer really burns 6.4 mpg loaded into a headwind. Now the app knows too.
Everything enters through your hands
No scraped boards. No borrowed logins. Four channels, all of them yours, all of them optional.
Your camera & screenshots
Any load you can see, ProfitHaul can read: postings, rate cons, text messages from brokers you know. One photo replaces ten minutes of mental math.
Your inbox
Give ProfitHaul a forwarding address and shoot broker offers straight in. Load offers become scored cards before you've finished your coffee.
Your ELD
Connect your Samsara account with one OAuth grant and the app sees your real hours-of-service clock and GPS, so schedule math stops being a guess. More ELDs on the roadmap. Works fine without one, too.
Your settlements
Fuel receipts, settlement statements, pay dates. This is the ground truth that turns a generic calculator into a model of your truck, and builds your running P&L for free.
We never scrape load boards. We never log into your board accounts or automate inside them. We never sell your data. Your loads train your model, nobody else's. The big boards prohibit automated collection, and we think a tool you bet your week on shouldn't be built on borrowed access. Everything ProfitHaul knows, you handed it: a photo, a forward, a permission you can revoke.
About that confidence range
Day one, the app doesn't know your truck, so it says so. Early scores lean on industry cost baselines (ATRI's audited averages) plus the numbers you enter at setup, and they're shown as a range: $48-61/hr, not false precision. Every settled load tightens the band. If the range never tightens, the product has failed you and you should quit it. That's the deal.
Run your next ten loads through it
The pilot is free, small, and honest: if the math doesn't beat your gut, we both learned something.
